The Dotty Tree prides itself on stocking products of the highest quality and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your choice. Although we cannot offer a refund for change of mind, we will offer you an exchange or store credit (excluding postage and made to order, personalised products) providing it is within 14 days of the parcel deemed delivered.

 Incorrect Order

If you have received an incorrect order please email within 7 days to arrange to have the correct order sent to you and the incorrect order returned to The Dotty Tree. Your return must include proof of purchase from The Dotty Tree only and products must be returned in a new, un-used and re-saleable condition.

Faulty/Defective Products

Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been opened, used or worn unless the product is faulty or defective, or has caused a skin reaction. In the unlikely event of an adverse skin reaction, The Dotty Tree will provide a refund or exchange for that product only, and only if photographic proof or medical documentation is provided. We will also require the sales receipt and products to be returned in order to claim a refund. Without these, no refund will be provided. All clothing must be returned in original condition with tags attached and not worn or washed. Please email within 7days of receiving your goods.

Return Address

Please ensure to return your products to the correct address. Return orders must be accompanied with identifying documentation and/or proof, as required, so that we may expedite your request. Do not return orders without authorisation from The Dotty Tree.
